20+ years of experience in the construction and mill work industry coupled with an innate sensibility to aesthetic styling and finish selections, Jean-Laurence Interiors offers a full range of design services tailored to each client project.
I was trained in the art of custom cabinetry and worked for 6+ years along side a collective of skilled wood workers. A longing for diversity led me to venturing out as an independent consultant and designer for multiple fabrication shops before being picked up to lead a team of highly qualified designers, both decoratively and architecturally, for a widely recognized NY/NJ based design firm.
My client projects are managed from beginning conceptual planning through all phases of design; coordinating different trades in construction, metal & wood fabrication, decorative sourcing and customization of furniture & lighting as well as leading in-field project management and overseeing installations.
